Unlocking a Safer Path to a Cure

By replacing toxic chemotherapies with bio-programmed, probiotic-derived vesicles, Aurexo is building a future where cancer treatment is both ruthlessly effective against tumors and entirely safe for the patient.

Our initial clinical focus is targeted towards developing a life-saving drug for Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) – a highly aggressive cancer with a critical lack of targeted options – before expanding our platform to address pancreatic, colon, lung, and prostate cancers.

Lead Program: AeBEV-001 (Triple-Negative Breast Cancer)

Aurexo Therapeutics has successfully completed robust in vitro and in vivo preclinical validation for our lead therapeutic candidate, AeBEV-001. The platform has demonstrated remarkable, highly selective cytotoxicity, achieving an 80% targeted destruction rate of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells in preclinical models while leaving normal, healthy tissue lines completely unaffected.

Based on these definitive safety and efficacy profiles, AeBEV-001 is actively progressing through pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) profiling to complete its IND-enabling data package.
